Namaskar! Today we are going to talk about meditation. This conversation is based on my personal experience, and today’s national and international gurus’ videos or books. We are going to discuss these things. It is quite clear that you and I want to know something about meditation, So you are watching this video and I am trying to explain here. Meditation is a very vast topic but here we are going to cover one side/part of meditation for you and me as well. Word’s most popular mentor is Buddha for meditation and he said that never follow anybody blindly. Listen to the mentor, make an experiment on yourself then implement it on yourself, if you feel that it is working for you. Otherwise never follow blindly. Now, when we are starting the meditation that time we are connecting with our brain. Do you know that our brain is very big and amazing things and unique which we have as a gift by birth given by God. While we are doing meditation we are connected with our brain slowly. Now move to the next step we are going to start this video with an experiment. You are going to close your eyes for the next few seconds and then remember your crush. Go to that moment when you felt that first feeling about your love and saw him/her. Your eyes are still closed and I am going to quit for few seconds and vividly remember that moment I am here to guide you. First, we were traveling on the happy dot and romance dot, anger, anxiety, depression. According to dots, our body works. May you not able to feel right now but it is working. Hope you are thinking what is the relationship between meditation and the brain. Let see whenever we are in anger mode you can observe that your body vibrates and you are breathing fast. The good thing is that we can switch anger dots to happy dots within a minimum amount of time. That is possible with help of meditation. May you are thinking that that’s all meditation. No, We are discussing one perspective of meditation. Sometimes we are in bed and too much thinking about a particular point/problem then we are not getting sleep. That time first thing to do is go neutral and stop overthinking on that and focus on your breath. Close your eyes and focus on your breath rhythm. If you want you can start counting your breath. 1, 2, 3, 4 ….10 and again start with 1. It will take time initially but after a certain amount of time, you feel that you have switched that anger section to breath. When you feel comfortable then you go with your past memory and remember your past achievement event that will be small but that is magnificent and felt you happy with yourself. For that achievement, you have received rewards. Trying to go that moment. Yes, this is quite complex but this is possible. When you reached that moment your body internally changing its own action just because brains control our body metabolism. Each and every action control by the brain, I am speaking here, moving my hands it’s the control and getting the direction of my brain. Now summarize First we are in anger then we have moved to breathe (neutral) or it’s counting after that we move to the achievement section of mind. When you traveling that achievement moment your body will be natural and you can observe that feeling of calm happiness that is mediation no that is mindfulness, you can say as you want. This s one example of meditation. You know that in which field we are making more practice we will be better in that field. For example, if you are spending more time reading you will be better in the study if you want to be a good player you have to more practice in that game. If you really want to do better in meditation you must have to start practice on that. I am going to teach you how we are going to make practice meditation. Today I have guided you on how you can move anger to calm. You can experiment with this on you. One thing you should remember is that if you stay calm happiness throughout the day your body will respond accordingly. Same if you stay with Anger/stress/anxiety your body takes action accordingly. It is making an impact on the body as you stay with that emotion. This means you are practicing to live with anger/stress/anxiety. So you will be better in these fields. So trying to make a habit for stay with happiness calm that makes good practice and it is better for your body and mind also. You can observe that after some time you are getting your better version of yourself. The most important thing we have to meditate daily. The good thing about meditation it does not require anything. You can start anywhere and anytime. How to do and What to do in meditation?
