With this session You would be more productive, your goals could be achieved with less effort, and you would find it much easier to prioritize. The resulting reduction of stress would probably make you more considerate and even more cheerful.

You have to spend around 20 minutes per day.
Repeat the last same session and the next day go for the next.
We suggested morning time 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM. You can do it anytime when you feel free.
After 30 days you can seat and do meditation yourself.
